Cooking course 2017

Cascina Cortesa organizes a cooking class in three evenings:

First exercise: Friday, October 13, 2017, 8.00 pm – LA PASTA
Second exercise: Friday, October 20, 2017, 8.00 pm – THE RICE
Final test: Friday 27 October 2017, at 20.00

The exercises in the kitchen are practical , involving the execution of the dishes with the coordination and assistance of our chef SIMONE CROSIGNANI;
they end with the tasting of the realized.

The final evening introduces with pleasure also to the world of Bacchus to discover the culture, the language and the tools of the tasting;
there may be a sommelier who will recommend the food and wine pairings guiding the tasting.

The best professional will be honored with a special professional pot.

The frequency is allowed by invitation.
The total cost for each participant for the 3 evenings is € 75.00
For our 2017 spouses the course is free.
The companions can access the dinner with tasting at the cost of euro 25,00 a night.
